START ACTING LIKE YOU ARE A LIVING MEMBER OF THE BODY OF CHRIST
who sees the weakest member as necessary
who sees the others as more important than themselves
who tries to outdo the others in showing honor
who never acts like the others do not exist or
that what they are going thru does not matter, but
feeling the others pain and difficulty as if it were their own,
is constantly ministering to the other members' needs
weeping with them, rejoicing with them
and constantly encouraging them to obey, to follow the Lord
even when no one shows any concern for you
...oh and having nothing to do with 'the church program'
better known as the modern version of
'the commandments and teachings of men'
where spiritual eggheads which are candidates for pharisee
ghettoize themselves away from the evil people
of the evil world around them..
building walls impossible for anyone to surmount
(truth be told, no one is interested in coming on the 'inside' anyway)
...which also makes it impossible to
spend daily time with God
have time as a husband and wife to pray and read the bible together,
have nightly family devotions,
and train up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord,
minister to the neighbors
proclaim that the kingdom of God is near
make disciples
keep the commandments of God.
why don't we just sell off all 'church' property
meet in neighborhood fellowships
and discover how to love our immediate 'world' to God....
and all our giving be to needs we may begin to 'see'.
