*since it is very easy for us sinners to say 'sorry', i flesh out 'forgiveness' as including things like 
SORROW
REGRET
PAIN
REPENTANCE
OPEN CONFESSION, ADMITTANCE OF
RESTITUTION (where possible and Godly good may be done thereby)
RENOUNCEMENT AND FORSAKING OF
HORROR OF
CLEANSING and FORGETTING OF BY GOD.

the heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked.

good and sinneth not.
